CANCELATION, RESCHEDULING, and TARDINESS POLICY:
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid penalty
NON GROUPON CUSTOMERS: You can reschedule your own appointment online at anytime as long as it is within the 24hr timeframe (Just book another appointment), please let me know before hand to cancel your previous appointment, in order to allow other clients to schedule.
IF YOU ARE A GROUPON CUSTOMER AND YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN YOUR 24 HOUR TIME FRAME, PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL OR TEXT WITH YOUR NEW DESIRED DATE AND TIME AND I WILL SEND YOU A NEW CONFIRMATION.
IF YOUR CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME PROVIDED, YOUR BALANCE WILL BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE SERVICE (NO REFUNDS)

Appointments not cancelled at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit ***REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION,*** and a new deposit will be required in order to schedule your new appointment.
You are allowed to cancel or reschedule your appointment two times. If a third attempt is made, it will be cancelled, you will be blocked from my clients list, and your deposit will be forfeited.
I allow a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE SUITE beyond that, you will be charged a $10 LATE FEE.
If you are 10 minutes late OR CANCEL DURING THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT (WITHIN 12 HRS OR LESS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT), your appointment will be canceled and your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 100% of your scheduled services REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW POLICY:
NO CALL NO SHOW appointments will be blocked from booking future services and your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 100% of your scheduled services.
